Dried cherry, leather, cedar, and rain on warm stone. Patient tannins. Long, savory finish that lingers on bay leaf and dark chocolate. Built for the slow Sunday and the second pour.
Our flagship. Estate Tempranillo from the original 2009 planting on the south-facing slope. We rest it in neutral French oak so the fruit speaks for itself — these vines do not need adornment.
